FAQ
Check here for a quick answer to many frequently asked questions that we have received over time.
-
Do I need a special license? No, there is no need for a special license. All of our rigs are able to be driven with a traditional states drivers license.
-
How easy is it to drive?Very easy! If you have driven a U-Haul, you can drive any of our motorhomes. They are big, higher speeds require care, as more speed makes any wind easier to feel as you drive.
-
What does each motorhome contain? Each motorhome comes complete with a full set of linens and pillows for each bed provided. Along with towels for showering, hand towels and a wash cloth. The kitchens are fully stocked with all cooking essentials including pots, pans, cooking and serving utensils. Four camping chairs are also included, but extras are available to add ($5 each). In the outer compartments you will find rubber gloves for cleaning out the hoses and levelling blocks.
-
Are there any hidden fees? All fees are clearly spelled out, even overage fees for milage and generator hours. In the event that there is an overage fee assesed at the end of a trip, the balance will be deducted from your security deposit with the reamaining balance being returned to you. In the event that the overage fees are greater then the deposit then you will experience an additional charge for the remaining balance of the overage fee. If damages occur, there will be a claim filed through your insurance received when booking your rig. There may be additional costs such as a deductable that will be extra, out of pocket.
-
Do you rent for festivals?YES! We are festival friendly. All we ask is that you are up front and honest about the festival, respectful to our property (the RV unit) and responsible. Festivals can be great fun, when no one gets hurt and things don't get damaged, so we ask that you treat our unit like it belongs to you.
-
Do you allow pets?We do not. Out of respect for people allergic to different types of fur (which can be extremely difficult to remove) we do not allow pets in our units. Allergies are not a thing to play games with and we would be heartbroken if someone had to end their trip early because of an allergy.
